His latest project is called “Theorize,” referring to Jean’s constant exploration of winemaking technique and his Swiss training that brought him such success at Château Lynch-Bages, Château Carbonnieux, and Newton here in the valley, not to mention countless consulting projects (and numerous 100-Point Wines) working with the esteemed Michel Rolland.
