Winery:  So Aimery Cremant Grande Cuvée 1531 Rosé NV is a blend of 70%  Chardonnay,  20%  Chenin,  and  10%  Pinot Noir.   While grapes are grown on gravely and clayey-limestone soils.  This Crémant 1531 is aged during 15 months.  And then preserved in the cellar to enhance the development of secondary aromas and bubble fineness.  As a result, the relativity short aging protects varietals aromas maintaining a nice freshness.
