Note that our merchants do not advise when they run out of stock. So we may still offer a product that is no longer available. As a result, we are not responsible for product availability. As many of our products are limited, we share your disappointment if the product you want is unavailable. However, merchant inventory availability shall prevail.
Prices and Terms of Sale…
Prices are set by our merchants. Merchants at times change prices and do not advise us. As a result, we are not responsible for price descrepancies when they occur, and the Merchant’s then current pricing will prevail. Displayed prices do not include tax or shipping costs. It is up to the merchant to charge these fees as appropriate. All policies associated with each sale are set by our merchants who are solely responsible for each transaction.

As you may be aware, wine cannot be shipped to all states. Your ability to purchase a specific wine is dependent upon the merchant and your state of residence. If you are disappointed by not being able to source a particular wine due to your location, please drop us a note with a local favorite retail outlet and we will do our best to get the product to you.

Enjoying wine is about more than just the wine. We want you to have a quality experience which may include glassware, temperature control, accessories and knowledge. These products are also available through our partners. Fortunately, there are no shipping restrictions. Again, our prices do not include tax or shipping fees.
