At Wine Buy of the Day, our goal is your total satisfaction. That’s why we are committed to making things right if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.  As we work through partners, their policies prevail.  We believe our partners are awesome.  They have been selected based on their quality reputations and extremely satisfied customers.   Please contact us if you are unsatisfied in any way and we will do everything possible to make it right!

Cancellation or return of items purchased from our partners (Merchants) is exclusively subject to the policies of the specific Merchant.

Prices and Terms of Sale:  Prices are set by our merchants. Displayed prices do not include tax or shipping costs.  It is up to the merchant to charge these fees as appropriate.  All policies associated with each sale are set by our merchants who are solely responsible for each transaction.

Shipping Wines:  Wine shipments vary state by state.   Your ability to purchase a specific wine is dependent upon the merchant and your state of residence.  If you are disappointed by not being able to source a particular wine due to your location, please drop us a note with a local favorite retail outlet and we will do our best to get the product to you.

Orders:  All orders received are subject to acceptance by Wine Buy of the Day in our sole discretion. All processed orders are subject to availability. Wine Buy of the Day is not liable for delay in product shipment.

Pricing & Product Specifications:  We reserve the right to adjust pricing on products without notice. In addition, we reserve the right to modify terms, specifications and the like for Products on the Internet Purchase Page or Website at any time without notice. Any errors in Product specifications, descriptions, and pricing are subject to correction by us. We also reserve the right to reject any order that is not consistent with these terms & conditions.

Shipping:  Wine Buy of the Day reserves the right to select alternative carriers for shipments. Shipping charges are either noted as included in the price or invoiced according to costs related to UPS, FedEx or USPS. All liability for loss passes to the customer once it leaves our warehouse, however, we will honor replacement merchandise for damaged shipments after the damaged item(s) have been returned to us. Claims of non-delivery will be honored if no proof of delivery is offered by the carrier, otherwise, the merchandise shall be deemed delivered.

Cancellations. Orders may be canceled before they are delivered to a common carrier for shipment. Once delivered to the common carriers, orders are deemed to have shipped and may not be canceled.

Returns. We do not accept returns for perishable items or CBD products.  All sales are final. Defective or incorrect merchandise will be exchanged for the same or similar product.  CBD products that are opened may not be returned and are not eligible for refund or replacement.  We make no claims to the efficacy of CBD products for any intended use.  Wine Buy of the Day is not responsible in any manner for results.  Refunds are not given for any claims.
