Tzuba Estate Winery
So Tzuba Estate Winery is located in the Judean Hills, an area historically recognized as a major wine-producing region since Biblical times. In addition, Tzuba is one of a very small group of wineries who use grapes sourced entirely from their own vineyards. The local topography of the Tzuba hillside vineyard, the 700-meter altitude, and climate provide ideal conditions for the dedicated kibbutz staff to cultivate the vineyards and produce a variety of prize-winning boutique wines. Tzuba Metzuda Reserve 2014 is the premier Tzuba offering.
Winemaker Paul Dubb
Moti Tzamir founded the winery and was its first manager and winemaker. Paul Dubb replaced Moti in 2007.
