Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc 2020 | New Zealand’s Best Sauvignon Blanc!
The new release of Tinpot Hut’s signature Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is back! Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc 2020 is a Pale platinum straw with green hues throughout. The nose has a gorgeous array of citrus peels, tropical fruits, ruby red grapefruit, guava, green mango, papaya, and kumquat. The wine is squeaky clean on the palate with rounded edges. There is still plenty of zing and raciness, this vintage just happens to exude more elegance and minerality on the finish. It’s truly outstanding! Drink now – 2024.

Decanter gave 98 points – an unheard-of score for a Sauv Blanc
Master of Wine Rebecca Gibb lauded Tinpot Hut’s 2018 release in Decanter for its “rich, aromatic and supple style redolent of tropical fruits ranging from pineapple to passionfruit,” all of it cut through with energizing acidity. We adored its guava, pineapple, and lime zest notes lifted by exotic hints of lemongrass. In essence, Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc fuses freshness with clean, zippy minerality in a white that’s comfortable by the pool, tailgate, or dinner table.
With Turner at the helm, the Tinpot Hut Sauvignon Blanc has more than earned its reputation as a critical and Wine Access favorite. In case you missed it: The 2016 vintage received the highest score ever for a Sauvignon Blanc—a near-perfect 98 points from Decanter. And this 2019 is a worthy successor to the last three terrific vintages.
