Renato Ratti Ochetti Nebbiolo 2015 | Class, Elegant, Raspberry & 90 points from Parker!
90RP: The Renato Ratti Ochetti Nebbiolo 2015 is a delicate and floral expression of the grape. Fruit comes from the Roero zone where light, sandy soils tend to reinforce aromas of violets and wild raspberry. The wine sees one year of aging in large oak casks. The Renato Ratti Winery style and presentation are relatively simple. Yet there is enough pleasing depth and dimension to think of a successful pairing with pasta topped with paper-thin shavings of black truffle.
