94574 Brand Sauvignon Blanc 2019 | Hard to find outside of 94574 – you’ll be glad you did
94574 Brand Sauvignon Blanc 2019 presents a bright lemon-green color. Charming aromas of fresh grapefruit, passion fruit, lemon zest, acacia blossom, and freshly cut herbs rush from the glass. The ripe fruit attack on entry is moderated by a touch of Old World restraint.
Flavors sharpen to a lemon-lime zestiness on the palate, underpinned by a touch of minerality and subtle layering of creaminess to the midpalate, finishing crisp and clean. Perfect for a hot summer day, grilled prawns, or your favorite herb-crusted goat cheese. Drink now–2023.

St. Helena Zipcode – 94574
94574 | That’s the zip code for historic St. Helena, smack in the heart of Napa Valley. So as much as Napans love tourists, they do try to keep some things a locals-only secret. Yet until now, the only way to enjoy the 94574 Sauvignon Blanc was by ordering it by the glass. Or rather purchasing it at local boutique wine shops.
And being lucky enough to be invited for dinner with proprietors Dave Berry and Henry Schlangen. Since we’ve secured a small allocation of this wine, offering it for the first time outside of the 94574 zip code.
While an instant success, their 94574 Brand Sauvignon Blanc remains a favorite of the locals. But you’ll have to travel to Napa to enjoy a glass with us at the Michelin-starred restaurant Auberge du Soleil, or poolside at Solage Resort. Alternatively, you could delay the trip, and have some 94574 deliciousness shipped to your home for enjoyment now.
Winemaker Sam Baxter
When Dave and Henry pegged winemaker Sam Baxter of Terra Valentine to make 94574 — a Sauvignon Blanc. Of course, it was Didier Dagueneau’s Silex from Pouilly-Fumé that was their inspiration. As a result, they tasked Sam with making a wine in the style of Silex, one of the great Sauvignon Blancs in the world.
The only catch? A bottle of Silex will set you back $100 or more. Rather Dave and Henry wanted to offer their wine for under $25. The good news? Baxter didn’t run for the hills.
So Dave and Henry’s lucky break came when an exceptional fruit source came online — an organically farmed vineyard in Rutherford AVA. As one of the most historic and prized appellations in Napa for Cabernet Sauvignon, it is rare to find a vineyard planted to any other variety.
Because over 50% of the vineyard is planted to the Musqué clone of Sauvignon Blanc, providing perfumed and tropical aromatics. While the other half is Clone 1, which brings acidity and citrus notes to the wine.
